Information We Collect

When using ConvoSnap Exporter, we only collect your email address. We do not collect any other personal information or data. Your AI conversations are processed locally and are never stored on our servers.

If you create an Account with your Google Account, we require some basic information at the time of Account creation. The extension requires access to your Google Sheets and Docs to function. We do not store any data from your Google Drive on our servers. We do not have access to this data. The minimum data required for the extension to function is stored in your browser’s storage and is not shared with us. We don’t share any personally identifying information or Google user data publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law. Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies. You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Data Processing and Storage

ConvoSnap retains Google user data only for the duration necessary to fulfill the services provided

• No Storage or AI/ML Use: We do not store or use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs for developing, improving, or training artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. All processing occurs locally on your device.
• Local Processing: All AI conversation data is processed locally in your browser and deleted from memory after export.
• No Server Storage: We do not store conversation data on our servers.
• Exported Files: Files are saved to your device or Google Drive, No server upload or save.

Data Protection Mechanisms for Sensitive Data

We protect sensitive data (e.g., AI conversation content) with the following measures:

• Encryption: Data sent to Google Workspace APIs is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
• Local Processing: Data is processed in-browser, never sent to our servers.
• Minimal Access: We use the least invasive API scopes to perform exports.
• Secure Authentication: OAuth 2.0 tokens are managed securely and revoked after your session ends.
• Secure Development: We follow secure coding practices and conduct regular security audits.

How We Use Your Information

The primary purposes for collecting your email address include, but are not limited to:

• Providing and managing your account;
• Customer support and service communication;
• Sending notifications about service updates, promotions, or other relevant information (you may opt-out of these notifications at any time);
